Kaeban Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Kaeban Plugin. They do not replace the terms that govern OpenAI, ChatGPT, GitHub, or any other platform used to obtain or run it.

Preview status

Kaeban is provided as a public Preview. Its instructions and behavior may change as observations and feedback are incorporated. Features may be incomplete or behave differently across supported ChatGPT surfaces.

Use of Kaeban

You may use, copy, modify, and distribute Kaeban under the MIT License. You are responsible for the prompts, settings, material, and conversation content you choose to use with it.

Kaeban does not provide an account, subscription, payment function, hosted service, professional advice, or access to third-party data. Do not use it to violate applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.

No warranty

Kaeban is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The warranty and liability terms in the MIT License apply to the Plugin materials.

Support and changes

Questions and reports may be submitted through Customer Support. These terms may be updated when Kaeban's actual features or distribution change. The effective date below identifies this version.
